This is for the indecisive on if they want a plant or fresh flowers.  We choose what plant we think looks nicest and put it in a peanut basket with a fresh flower arrangement on the other side. This also gives the family a plant to keep but also the fresh flowers for the moment.  Plant and flowers will be florist's choice unless special requests are made.
